研究概述:聚焦于微针技术在生物医药领域的应用开发。其一为微针透皮给药系统,致力于设计和制备新型微针阵列,通过物理方式突破皮肤屏障,实现小分子及大分子药物(如蛋白、疫苗)的高效、可控透皮递送,以提高药物生物利用度并降低给药副作用;其二为微针检测方法开发,专注于构建基于微针的生物传感平台,利用微针原位提取组织间液中的生物标志物,结合电化学、光学等检测技术,实现对疾病相关指标的微创、快速、实时分析,为临床诊断和健康监测提供新技术手段。
