研究概述：神经精神疾病病因复杂、症状多样，其核心病理机制常表现为特定神经环路的结构与功能异常。我们致力于拓展和构建多种疾病模型，聚焦神经环路解析，结合病毒示踪、光遗传/化学遗传调控及行为学分析等技术，精细解析环路结构与功能、揭示其异常重塑规律，为理解疾病本质及发展精准神经调控策略提供关键科学依据。
