研究概述:采用多组学分析和深度学习技术,通过收集帕金森或抑郁症患者神经影像、脑电信号及诊断评估数据,构建深度学习模型提取特征并实现早期诊断与性能评估;利用模型特征分析患者神经信号异常,对比健康人群数据揭示其神经调控机制的特异性变化;并基于模型预测治疗效果,结合发病机制探索靶向疗法,为新型治疗方法的临床试验与开发提供理论支持。
