电生理成像平台

电生理成像平台拥有小动物活体三维光学成像系统、光片照明荧光显微光学切片断层成像系统、钙成像仪、膜片钳系统及相关配套设备,可实时活体中肿瘤生长、炎症扩散、干细胞迁移等生物过程,完整器官的亚微米级三维重建,在体/离体记录神经元集群的时空激活模式以及记录离子电流,可实现从整体动物行为到亚细胞机制的完整研究链条,特别适用于需要跨越分子-细胞-组织-器官多级研究层次的前沿课题。

The electrophysiological imaging platform integrates a suite of advanced systems including: Small animal in vivo 3D optical imaging system (TriFoil Imaging InSyTe FLECT)、Light sheet illumination fluorescence microscopy optical sectioning tomography system (fMOST BioMapping 9000)、Calcium imaging instrument、Patch clamp system. This platform enables: Real-time dynamic monitoring of biological processes in living animals, such as tumor growth, inflammation spread, and stem cell migration; Submicron-level 3D reconstruction of intact organs; In vivo/vitro recording of spatiotemporal activation patterns in neuronal populations; High-precision recording of ionic currents at cellular/molecular levels; Combining these capabilities, the platform provides a multimodal approach for bridging macroscopic physiological phenomena with microscopic electrophysiological mechanisms, particularly valuable for neuroscience, oncology, and developmental biology research.
