Research Overview: Dr. Hamid Khan is a postdoctoral researcher focusing on the molecular genetic basis of rare genetic disorders, especially Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). His research aims to unlock the genetic and epigenetic markers that can enhance the diagnosis and treatment of ASD, with a strong emphasis on advancing knowledge in human molecular genetics. In addition to his work on genetic disorders, Dr. Khan has a keen interest in molecular neurosciences, particularly the genetic underpinnings of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative disorders. His research integrates molecular genetics with neurobiology to explore new insights into the brain's complex genetic landscape.
