研究概述:一直从事纳米生物医学方面的研究工作,以第一完成身份围绕以下两个方面取得一系列创新研究成果:(1)纳米药物递送载体:系统地开发了一系列以天然脂质为中心的新型仿生纳米载体设计策略,并将其用于定制设计仿生型纳米药物递送系统,以实现对药物的精准靶向递送。(2)荧光探针与生物分析检测:利用金属-有机框架作为传感材料,构建了荧光检测体系,实现了生物标志物的高选择性检测及对酶活性的快速测量。已发表论文15篇,其中以第一作者发表4篇研究论文,包括《Advanced Materials》、《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical》等知名学术期刊。
