研究概述:
1.生物钟基因(CLOCK)作为转录调控因子,调节着上千下游基因的表达。我们的研究聚焦于生物钟相关基因与神经系统疾病的发病机制;
2.早产儿因为缺氧引发脑白质损伤,主要在于少突胶质细胞前体细胞(OPC)的分化与成熟受到影响,从而影响了脑白质的髓鞘化进程。我们研究影响OPC的分化成熟机理以及脑白质损伤的修复机制;
3.发育性神经系统疾病致病基因(DCX、DEAF1、CNNM2等)的分子机制和治疗新途径的研究和探索。
