研究概述:使用多种转基因小鼠,结合动物行为学、分子细胞生物学、神经纤维束路示踪、光遗传学、在体钙成像、电生理等技术,围绕以下方向展开研究:1. 学习记忆、社交活动等的分子及神经环路机制研究;2.抑郁症、精神分裂症等情感障碍性疾病的发病机制及干预研究;3.AD等神经退行性疾病的发病机制及干预研究。
