研究概述:主要研究方向为认知老化与脑健康。2008年发起北京BABRI脑健康计划,搭建了国内首个老年脑健康多维数据库,建立了中国人群认知老化常模,揭示了AD早期认知障碍及其风险因素的脑认知机制。牵头组织制定了《中国数字化记忆门诊临床应用指南》《中国数字化记忆门诊临床应用专家共识》《适用于记忆门诊和痴呆风险筛查的电子化测评工具与应用方案专家共识》等多部临床指南与专家共识,形成脑健康与认知障碍行业规范,支撑认知障碍防治工作规模化开展。以通讯作者在Alzheimer's & Dementia、Science Bulletin等期刊发表中英文学术论文130余篇,出版《中国老年脑健康报告(2018)》、《老小孩日记:写出来的最强大脑》等专著5部,申请和获批发明专利15项。主持包括国家自然科学基金杰出青年基金、重点、国际合作、国家重点研发计划、科技部重大新药创制、北京市脑科学计划、北京市卫健委公共卫生脑健康体检(痴呆风险筛查)等国家及省部级课题。目前还兼任国家卫健委生物医学中心咨询组专家,国家重大研发计划“中医药现代化专项”专家组专家,中国老年学和老年医学会脑认知与健康分会主任委员等学术任职。
